Margot Escott
The first time I took an improv class I fell in love with this art. I love the mindfulness, discoveries and laughs that help strengthen our bodies, minds and spirit.
As a psychotherapist I recognized how improv could be therapeutic and fun!
I am the owner of Improv4Wellness where I use improv and my 35 years experience as a psychotherapist to teach improv for folks with Anxiety, Parkinson’s disease and care partners. Also children & teens with ASD, as well as “typical” students.
I am grateful for many incredible teachers including Jay Sukow, Laura Hall, Aretha Spolin Sills ,David Razowski, Deana Cries and others.
I also have a podcast called Improv Interview and have interviewed over 100 improvisers around the world.
